Colfax Municipal Court Judge John Hart for District Court Judge

Since 2012, Colfax Municipal Court Judge John Hart has presided over more than 2,500 cases. He patiently listens to litigants and his judgments are neutral, detached and unbiased, applying the rule of law to each for a fair and just decision. In his time on the bench, Judge Hart has completed 165 hours of judicial education. John has earned over 60 judicial endorsements, including endorsements from four Washington State Supreme Court Justices and the sole support and endorsement from retiring Whitman County District Court Judge Doug Robinson.
